Dear Ingrid,
I was so pleased to find this video here. It is one of my all time favorites. It has such a high vibration, it does make you want to move higher and higher….Are you familiar with his other video? I love it–so thought provoking. Here is a link:

I sense you are a student of Buddhism, as am I. Yes? I loved seeing all the Buddhas in your studio and what you said about their presence…. Lovely.
All Love,

Oh Jan, What an amazing gift you have given me this morning. I watched Mipham’s video, “What about me” and laughed, nearly cried- so beautiful and so true. I have to post it! Yes, I am a student of Buddhism. I call myself a Universalist when people ask, because I am a student of Sufism, Toaism, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism- Poetry and Life. There are so many beautiful spiritual teachings, and I feel I have been blessed with insights from many of them. Thanks for becoming part of my journey. Love and Joy, and Ten Thousand Daily Blessings, Ingrid

Ingrid,
It seems we are truly kindred spirits–soul sisters. Me too. A Universalist, I like that. I refer to my self as an “interspiritual” gal as I have been deeply influenced by all that you mention above (and more). I love living without a label, though it makes it hard for others. Though, in recent years, it has been Buddhist teachings that have resonated most closely with my heart. Last summer, I spent 5 days in WI receiving a teaching from HH Dalai Lama and that was–simply–life changing. My path forever altered…
All Love…
J
